How to return or exchange a product?
As a customer, you have the right to cancel the purchase made through the Online Store, and therefore, if you are not satisfied, and provided that the nature of the good purchased allows it, you can return the Product within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days counting the delivery of the order to the address you have indicated.

The refund of the purchase amount, when appropriate, will be made in the same means of payment with which the Product was purchased, discounting the costs of transport and return that will be borne by the customer.
In any case, in order to make use of the right of withdrawal, it is essential that the Products are in perfect condition. The products must be returned in their original packaging together with the invoice and the return code that you will receive by email once you have contacted us. This code must be visible from the outside of the returned package. Before returning the Product, the Customer must ensure that it is properly protected and sealed so that it does not suffer any damage during transport.
If the product is defective, Perla Style will be responsible whenever it is possible to replace the product, at no cost to the Customer. In the event that due to availability reasons the product cannot be replaced, the purchase will be refunded in full.
